Completing their line-up with Sayed Gereige on drums, bassist Anthony Atwe, and the expressive voice of Omar El Hage, their last  album “Frontal” impressively showed the band’s ability to combine captivating musical storytelling with dynamic compositions and modern sounds.

First one took place on October 15th, 2022, where they performed “Frontal” in its entirety to their dedicated Lebanese audience. The second banger show happened in Toulouse, France at the “Ready for Prog” Festival on October 23rd, 2022, where they also shared the stage with international bands like Myrath and Seventh Wonder among others.

On March 8th, 2024, Turbulence will unleash their third album, B1NARY DREAM. Fans can anticipate another masterpiece that will further solidify their position as a leading force in the world of Progmetal.

Sayed Gereige

Sayed Jreige (born on April 21st, 1986) is a Lebanese musician. He is best known as the drummer of Progmetal band Turbulence.

He played the piano from the age of 10 until the age of 16 when he realized that his real passion was for the drums. His early influences were bands like Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Dio, Eloy, Rush, Dream Theater, and Opeth.

Sayed joined Turbulence in 2015 immediately after the release of “Disequilibrium”, and contributed towards their next work as well as the band’s live shows. He now focuses mainly on Turbulence, while balancing his career in Psychiatry: “I’ve found the Equilibrium between my medical and musical life, and I believe both lives should be Frontal.”
